Thanks to Tim and Tom, and an extra remote, we were able to deploy the first iteration of Background Artflow. We’re displaying a series of images on a large monitor during the musical performances. The initial set of images features local Melrose urban and wilderness scenes, a smattering of South Carolina, work by Garin Boyd, art fro MoCA and the ICA, and a bit of Washington, DC.
The location of the screen is opposite the performers, so those from the bar get a great view of both music and art.
